Basic Information:
-Offering childcare/full day preschool for children ages 2-5 in a loving home environment. (State licensed home daycare for up to 8 children with 1 teacher or up to 12 children with 2 teachers. On average there are 7-8 children daily).
-We use a combination curriculum including Zoo Phonics and Mother Goose Time.
- Offering complete monthly themes that nurture the whole child and supports the child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth.
- Many hands on learning opportunities are provided as I believe children learn best through play.
-Breakfast, 2 snacks, and lunch are served daily.

About Me
- Children's Village Learning Center.
- I offer a full preschool curriculum for ages 1-5 and have been fully licensed by the state of Colorado since 2007. I also have a Bachelors Degree and a Colorado Teaching License in Early Childhood Education. I believe that preschool children benefit best in a safe, fun, and loving home atmosphere. Children learn skills and develop unique personalities at their own pace and I strive to nurture each child at his or her level.

Schedule
7:30-8:15 Breakfast/books/toys/coloring (please make sure you are here by 7:40 if your child will be eating breakfast here.)
8:15-9:30 or 9:40 Center Time (creative play time)
9:30 or 9:40-10:10-Circle Time/Morning Activities-calendar, weather, songs. Group Activity-may include the letter or number of the week, Zoo Phonics, a math activity, science, game, story, shapes, colors, show and tell, etc..
10:10-10:30 Snack Time
10:30-11:00 Outside Play (weather permitting) If it is too cold or snowy to go outside,we will do some type of active play inside.
11:00-11:30 Arts and Crafts or Theme Activity (2-3 theme based crafts per week. Craft days vary.)
11:30-11:45 Get ready for lunch. While I am preparing lunch, I allow the children to watch a video or TV program or look at books.
11:45-12:20 Lunch
12:20-12:45 Story Time
12:45-1:00 Get ready for nap
1:00-3:00 Nap Time
3:00-3:30 Wake Up and Snack
3:30-5:30 Outside Free Play or Inside Free Play
*We try to stick to the schedule as much as possible so that the children have a routine. Sometimes activities go longer or shorter than expected and time is filled in as needed.
